Mark Klett is a photographer, Regents’ Professor of Art and Distinguished Sustainability Scholar at Arizona State University. He is the author of fifteen books including Reconstructing the View, The Half Life of History, After the Ruins, and Third Views, Second Sights. His photographs have been exhibited and published in the United States and internationally for over thirty years, and his work is held in over eighty museum collections worldwide. He has received fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Japan/US Friendship Commission. His work focuses on the intersections of place, cultures and time.
